What file formats do you accept for video editing?

We accept any range of file formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, and more. If you have any specific concerns about file compatibility, feel free to reach out to us.

 


Can I request revisions for my edited video? 

Yes, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final product. Each revision may extend the delivery time by up to 1 day.

 


How long does it take to receive the edited video?

Our standard delivery time is 5 days. We also offer 3-day and 4-day delivery options for an additional cost. Please note that the delivery timeframe starts at 6 PM. If we receive your files after that time, the delivery may be pushed to the next day. Each revision can extend the delivery time by up to 1 day, depending on the changes requested.

 


How will I know if my files have been received?

Our team will send a confirmation email within 1 hour of your payment to confirm that the files are accessible and the editing process can begin.
