Express Media Shop provides a variety of professional services, including but not limited to video editing, presentation creation, graphical design, and more. We offer various packages tailored to meet your specific needs and ensure high-quality results.

3. Payment

All services require upfront payment before we commence work on your project. We accept various payment methods, and your order will be processed once payment is confirmed. Please ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

4. Delivery and Revisions

Our standard delivery time is 5 days, with options for 3-day and 4-day delivery at an additional cost. The delivery timeframe starts at 6 PM. If we receive your files after this time, the delivery may be pushed to the next day. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Each revision may extend the delivery time by up to 1 day, depending on the changes requested.

5. Uploading Content

You are responsible for providing the necessary files and a detailed description of your project requirements. Files can be uploaded using SwissTransfer.comor any cloud drive service like OneDrive. Please share the link to your folder with video@expressmediashop.com. We handle your files with the utmost care and confidentiality, storing them securely on an external hard drive.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

If you require us to sign an NDA, please send it by email to contact@expressmediashop.com or include it with the shared files. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your content.

7. Privacy

As a Swiss-based company, we adhere to Swiss data protection laws and regulations, including the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy](link to privacy policy page) for more details on how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by you remains your property. However, you grant Express Media Shop a limited license to use, modify, and create derivative works from the content solely for the purpose of providing the services. The final products delivered to you are your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Express Media Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
